Referral & Independence Disclosure

AssuredCPD’s value depends on being demonstrably independent. This disclosure explains our commercial relationships plainly, so providers, learners, and buyers can trust the mark.

1. Relationship with Lectern

AssuredCPD and Lectern (a learning management platform) are separate companies under common ownership, operated as legally and visually independent brands. We may offer a commercial bundle (Lectern Growth + AssuredCPD Standard accreditation).

2. The bundle does not affect assessment

Accreditation decisions are made solely against the Standards Framework by a named assessor. Buying the bundle, or using Lectern, gives no advantage in assessment. We accredit providers on any platform, and providers can use Lectern without accreditation.

3. No content sales

AssuredCPD does not produce or sell training content and does not compete with the providers it accredits.

4. Referral arrangements

If we receive or pay any referral fee or commission in connection with a recommendation (for example, referring a provider to Lectern), we disclose that fact at the point of recommendation. Referral arrangements never influence accreditation decisions.

5. Data

We do not sell learner or provider data. Learner data submitted for certificates is used only to issue and verify those certificates (see our Privacy Policy).
