Learning outcomes
Outcomes are specific, measurable, and genuinely achievable by completing the course.

Delivery & accessibility
Materials and facilitation meet a consistent professional standard and are reasonably accessible.

Assessment of learning
A credible method confirms learners have met the outcomes — quiz, assignment, reflection, or practical.

CPD-hour justification
Claimed CPD hours are proportionate to the depth and length of the learning, and evidenced.

Currency & review
Content is current and the provider has a defined plan to keep it reviewed and maintained.
Decisions
Three possible outcomes, always in writing.
- Accredited — meets all six domains. Mark, listing, and certificates issued.
- Conditional — minor gaps. Accreditation granted on completion of named, time-bound actions.
- Declined — material gaps. A written rationale and an invitation to resubmit once addressed.

- Your content review and update policy
The framework rests on clear quality principles — documented standards, consistent and repeatable assessment, and a defined review cycle. It is published in full, so every provider knows exactly what they are assessed against.
